EQ 360 Assessment

The EQ-I-2.0 Workplace Report is used for Burnout and Disruptive Behavior.

 

This instrument generates a comprehensive report that includes five composites and fifteen scales. The Composites are:

Self-Perception, Stress Management, Decision Making, Self-Expression and Interpersonal.

 

The client scores are provided in a range that includes Low Range, Mid-Range, and High Range.

 

Each scale explains how the scale may impact work and Strategies for Action.

 

Once the coaching is completed, the client and the referral source receive a copy of the assessment results.  Additional options can be considered if more sessions are needed or a different plan is necessary.
