Anger Management Coach Certification
Emotional Intelligence/Anger Management Coach Certification – $1,500
This 2-month coaching program is designed for physicians. The first phase of the program is conducted over twelve one-hour weekly sessions, followed by six-30 minute weekly sessions.
The 360 Assessment is the instrument used for Leadership Coaching.
The EQ-2.0 Leadership subscales are strongly related to leadership competencies that may be associated with productivity, decreased employee turnout, and increased efficiency.
The coaching focus is determined by the clients’ scores in Self-awareness, Self-control, Social Awareness, Relationship Management, and potential Leadership Derailers.
Low Stress Tolerance, Problem-Solving, and Independence scores indicate a more passive or avoidant leadership style. Generally, the client will be encouraged to use these results in selecting A Coaching Action Plan that includes these scales.
The pre- and post-assessment results are designed to determine the success or lack of success in the coaching for each client. The pre- and post-emotional intelligence assessments and the coaching curricula make this model evidence based.
